Document Presentation

Document Presenatation enables us to post completed financial documents and make them available in individual private portals accessible from our website. You only need the Adobe Reader software to view or print documents.  

File Exchange

File exchange supports dynamic file sharing through an online holding area. File Exchange enables you to instantly share files, finalize documents in progress, and exchange Microsoft Office files. Instant exchange of documents translates into enormous time savings.

Sharing documents via File Exchange offers a convenience similar to email attachments, but with far greater security and flexibility. Additionally, you are no longer restricted by email size limitations. File exchange allows you to to upload files as large as 150MB.

Remote Payroll Data Entry and Check Printing

Using portal technology you are provided with secure online access to enter payroll data at your convenience. Transmitting payroll information is no longer restricted by staff availability and office hours.

Remote payroll data entry allows you to perform data entry for multiple departments or locations. It gives you the flexibility to provide portals to several sites or payroll clerks. With this service, you can:

  • Replace manual methods of faxing, emailing, or calling in payroll information
  • Reduce input errors and review time because no re-keying is required
  • Work whenever and wherever it is most convenient 

Remote Payroll Check Printing

Remote Payroll Check Printing, combined with Remote Payroll Data Entry, provides a completely paperless payroll process.Once we have completed your payroll, we can create an electronic version (PDF) of your calculated checks and make it available within your secure portal. You can then print checks on blank or preprinted check stock in your office at your convenience. With Remote Payroll Check Printing you can:

  • Reduce turnaround time by eliminating the delivery process
  • Eliminate the need to maintain check stock
  • Offer you the ability to quickly process last-minute checks when needed (e.g. bonus checks or checks for terminated employees)

Web Employee

Web Employee extends the convenience of private online portals to your employees. Web Employee enables your employees to enter their private portals and access read-only electronic copies of their payroll information-including paycheck stubs, W-2's, W-4's, and time entry. Employees can even make changes to their W-4's from within their individual portals. Web Employee will save you a tremendous amount of time, virtually eliminating the need to manually locate, copy, and deliver payroll information to employees.

Account Aggregation

 

 

Consider the challenge you face trying to get a complete picture of your finances-a 401(k) in one institution, an IRA in another, perhaps a stock trading account in yet a third-not to mention savings and checking accounts in various banks and/or credit unions.

With the Account Aggregation module in NetClient CS, you can pull account information, including balances and transaction history, from more than 2,500 institutions into your secure portal. This makes it much easier to make decisions based on a complete set of financial facts. You can even drill down into accounts and view account detail. For example, you can access your checking accounts and view detailed lists of checking account transactions.
